Memory lane

Old car

I came across this lovely scene quite by accident. It looks like part of a film set but it’s just how it was, at the bottom of a quiet lane. I love the car.

That’s weirdly coincidental, we saw two of these old cars today, one an open top and one like this one, coming up Vaughten Hill near our home..The house looks very olde worlde Dutch style.

Yes, it stopped me in my tracks. A little surreal looking; like going back to the 1920s.

That is so nice. You could really have some fun with this photo in Photoshop. Aging it with black and white and sepia would look like a really old photo.
    Thanks for sharing.

You’re right there, it’s just like stepping into the past. Great find. 🙂

It looks great. I’d love to live there and drive that car.

I’m with you … love the car! And, you’re right … it looks like something from one of all those wonderful BBC period pieces….
