Empty playground

empty playground

There’s something quite sad about a play area without children. It’s a very empty, quiet place indeed.

all the kids are either in front of the tv or playing on their computer games.

Sadly very true for most kids in the developed world. I don’t know if it’s me getting older but I feel they miss so much of the wonderful world around them. And how are they to pass on to their children a love of the outdoors and natural world?

Sadly I think their is going to be a generation who find it easier to talk to a computer than to another person.

I agree. Virtual relationships and an inability to communicate with each other in the real world seems to be the future. Gosh, I sound like a right old fuddy-duddy.

And the colours look so garish in the natural backdrop.
