Coming in to land

coming in to land

The tone in this shot tells you it was a cold day. The wind was  bitter as it swept across the water and these gulls were swooping in for some easy pickings.

Those really look like Seagulls to me but no matter it’s a GREAT shot! What kind of camera do you use?

They’re black-headed gulls. Very common around here and a very handsome bird in the summer months but at this time of year quite ordinary looking I guess. However, my aim with the blog was to encourage readers to celebrate the ‘ordinary’ with me and see it anew. Glad you liked it. This shot was on a Canon DSLR with a 200mm lens and ISO 800.

You caught an amazing photo of two beautiful birds so close to the water, and in such synchronized flying. A lovely moment!
